miss strawberry cheese*

my second recipe sharing!!!

carrie's strawberries cheesecake 

prep cups with the digestive biscuits base 

(biscuits plus melted unselted butter)

dice strawberries!!!

whip cream 

* remember not to over-whip, when you see those waves, it's just ok!

blend the cream cheese into a creamy paste

add in the whipped cream into the cream cheese

also add in some vanilla essence to give it a nice scent!

blend well

use half of the mixture to fill in the cups as the first layer

prep strawberry flavored jelly 

mix with the diced strawberries

this is the second layer

leave it in the fridge for a while until the jelly sets

fill in the cups with the other half of the cream cheese mix

i have some pink sugar crystal dust for deco on top

and some strawberry flavored pink colored cream in the middle for the strawberry to sit on

give each one of them a big juicy strawberry!

and here you go, carrie's strawberry cheesecake!

i am kinda online shopping (surfing) while i am just about to sigh "why're there so many great heels in UK.." and i just noticed that, it can be found in I.T in HK. 

and i just remembered... i've actually picked up one and tried on last sunday when i was so tired after a busy morning.

"how come there's so few styles in HK?" :P
